People & Parks Foundation provides many opportunities for companies to support and become involved with their community.

Whether it is through corporate volunteering or establishing an ongoing park partnership, there are many options available for your business. If none of our existing programs are suitable we can also customise a corporate volunteer program to suit your requirements.

Corporate Volunteering Programs include:

Single event
We will work with you to create a one off volunteering day for your staff. This can be held in an inner city park or further afield depending on your need.
Volunteer activities can include:

• Revegetation
• Mammal research
• Tree planting 
• Weeding
• Intertidal research via our Sea Search program
• Trail maintenance

Company Annual Volunteering Day
If your company has one day per year when all staff volunteer, we can coordinate one large event, or hold concurrent events in parks close to your various offices.

Corporate Volunteer Plus Team Building / In-house Training
Combine your other business needs with your volunteer day. Examples include:

• Team building / volunteering combination days – Undertake a ½ volunteering and ½ team building day
• Volunteering / Business retreat – Undertake your training day/business retreat/internal conference in a building in a park based setting away from distractions. Spend ½ working with park staff to learn about the natural environment. Locations available in the Melbourne metro area and further afield

Park Partnerships - Combined philanthropic / volunteering programs
Create a strong bond to your community and support the environment at the same time. We will work with your organisation to develop an ongoing partnership with a local park through volunteering, supporting projects and connecting with the local community
